Free Consultation
I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and explore how we might work together. This consultation can be conducted in person, via Zoom, or by phone.
Counselling Session
My sessions are $100 per hour. Unlike some practices, I provide a full 60 minutes for each session, ensuring you receive the dedicated time you deserve.
Cancellation
Just like you deserve my full attention, I need a little notice to manage my schedule. To avoid a cancellation fee, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. The cancellation fee is the same as the session rate ($100).
